- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends. Orders typically ship out same day if placed by 12 PM CST. Once packages have been shipped please allow 2-3 business days for it to arrive to you.
- If there is a problem with your package delivery you should contact the courier prior to reaching out to us. If there is a problem with your tracking number, please allow a few days for the accurate tracking information to show.
Our goal at Bluberri is to do our best to serve our beautiful customers in filling your closets with your favorite clothes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to take the items back for a STORE CREDIT within the policy dates!
These items listed below are FINAL SALE:
- Jewelry and accessories
- All game day specific items
- All Seasonal items - including holiday specific items for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE.
- All SALE items - including but not limited to discounted items due to damage or defect and promotional sales.
- HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
- ALL sequins and sparkly items are FINAL sale in the month of December.
- Any gifts purchased must be returned by January 3rd for a store credit/exchange with a gift receipt. Any item to be returned outside of the normal return policy of 7 days from date of purchase will NOT be allowed without gift receipt.
- Other than the items listed above, your items can be returned for an exchange or store credit of the item(s), not for any shipping or handling charges.
- If you are traveling, please keep this policy in mind as we will not make exceptions for travel purposes.
- All online returns must be received within 5 days of delivery to your door
- In store returns must be returned within 7 calendar days from your date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- In store pick ups are held for 30 DAYS, after this window has closed the item will be donated and a refund will not be issued.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If any items appear worn, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant or any other odors, will not be accepted for return.
- Please include original receipt when sending back your items
- If we receive any items that do not meet these requirements, we will return the package back to sender or there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Problems With Your Order
- We hope to provide you with nothing but the best but if for some reason you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 DAYS to inform us about the issue including a picture of the defective item. If you do not notify us within those 2 days of receiving your package, then we cannot guarantee that it will qualify for a return.
